With three young girls in tow, the busy owners of this semi-detached home in the Beaches needed a home that was beautiful, functional, and – most of all – child friendly. The renovation embraces all the nooks and crannies of the old home and turns them into functional space. A new kitchen lightens up the ground floor and provides ample much-needed storage. The third floor is the realm of the child – complete with a window seat for playing or staring wistfully outside and a washroom with a large walk-in wet area for loads of bath time fun.
