Colin Ave Residence

The renovation of this traditional brick house carefully integrates contemporary interventions for an updated modern lifestyle with the charming details of the existing home. The new ground floor layout opens up the house, while still creating moments of contraction and expansion that direct movement through the spaces. The colour and material palette was chosen to create moments of drama throughout the house while keeping the spaces bright and flowing.
